Traffic engineering has often times been defined as the “safe and efficient movement of persons and goods”. In today’s environment of an ever increasing urban population versus a corresponding need for infrastructure, the value of traffic engineering has never been more necessary or more critical.

At C&P our experience and knowledge in the traffic engineering field dates back over a 35-year period. Our experience includes working with state DOT’s, city municipalities, county governments, private companies, military bases, and engineering teams in foreign ventures.
